1. When will my order ship?
Orders are packaged the same day, or next if the order is placed later in the afternoon. We guarantee that your shipment will go out within 3 business days of receiving payment from you. In the rare event that you purchase a print that has just sold out, we will notify you as soon as possible.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We have lots of creative customers all around the world. See our shipping page for more information.
3. I don't have a PayPal account. Can I use my credit card instead to pay for my purchases?
PayPal offers users the ability to pay for purchases via credit card without having to sign up for an account. If you would like to go this route, please read the instructions on our Payment Policy page.
4. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Why yes we do! We do not require you to purchase a minimum quanity of any one product in our store -- our discounts are based on purchase amounts. We know what it's like to get stuck with a whole lot of ribbon that you don't need and can't use up quickly!
Our discount program is as follows:
5% off purchases $30+
10% off purchases $75+
15% off purchases $100+
25% off purchases $150+
Discounts are applied automatically during checkout. No coupon codes to enter, no need to contact us. Shopping made easy!
