Because we stock all of our items, all orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. In many cases, your items will even ship the same day! We are also upfront about our shipping costs so you will never be surprised at checkout with an unexpected shipping amount. We offer FREE Expedited Shipping to all locations in the United States for orders over $49.99 USD. We guarantee your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days of payment clearing and delivery is estimated at 8 - 10 business days + processing time.
If you require faster delivery, we also offer Xpresspost as a shipping method.
All orders to the USA above $25 will include a tracking number which will be sent to you via email once your items have been packaged.
Orders below $25 will be sent via lettermail and does not include a tracking number. An email confirmation will be sent for lettermail packages.

Lost and Undelivered Packages
We cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages. In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, we cannot be held responsible once your order has been shipped. We will help you try and locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information (tracking numbers, delivery confirmation information, customs details etc). We encourage our customers to call their local Post Office and/or local Customs Office in the event of a non-delivery.
Customs, Duty, Import Fees
Shipping charges do not include customs fees to international destinations. Customs forms are filled out with the actual total cost of the items with an accurate description of your order whether it be boxes, bags or ribbon. The buyer will be responsible for any and all customs duties, fees or taxes on the package.
Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will offer an exchange or store credit for you, as long as the products are returned to us in a saleable condition.
All products must be unused, undamaged and in original condition. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to let us know the reason for your return. We have a 15% restocking fee which is based on your pre tax and pre shipping total.
Unless the fault is ours, you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning the products back to us. Please ensure all items are adequately packaged so they do not get damaged during transit.
